Nicola Boyd BSc Honours Sport & Exercise Science, Level 2 Gym Instructor & Level 3 Personal Trainer.
As a professional Personal Trainer and Fitness Trainer, my passion is to use exercise and nutrition to help people reach their goals and better themselves. Infinity means empowerment and passion, something that I hope to portray through fitness. Helping every individual reach their goals, big or small. Creating a healthier and happier lifestyle for my clients.

Full Body Blaster class is a strength based resistance HIIT workout which uses resistance bands and body weight to assist in building muscle mass and reducing body fat. It will help change your body shape and increase your strength and conditioning.

Clubbercise® classes are taught in a darkened room with disco lights and our trademark LED glow sticks set to a soundtrack of old and new club hits. A fusion of dance, toning and combat moves with high/low impact options for all fitness levels, one class burns around 600 calories.

STEP TAUGHT FUNKY STYLE
Step class brought back to basics. Easy to follow moves taught to some banging funky tunes, leaving you feeling energised and upbeat. Burn loads of calories whilst having fun.. oh & dont forget the crazy step count!!

CYCLE YOUR CALORIES AWAY!
An Indoor Cycling workout that will burn hundreds of calories and leave you sweating it out. Spinning is a form of exercise which focuses on endurance, strength, resistance & high intensity all done on a special indoor flywheel bike. Even better its done in the dark with Disco Lights!
